Please read below. All guests taking a workshop will be required to electronically submit online during the registration process.

Workshop/Studio Policy

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of the workshop so that we can start on time. Anyone arriving later than 30 minutes after the start time will not be able to complete their project in a timely manner and will be asked to come back at a different time.

Project selection and customized/personalized information is required at time of booking. Please be sure to double check your spelling and information before submitting.

Since most of our projects involve wood, no two pieces of wood are alike! Grains, texture, and aging/stain is different in every piece. There will be knots, chips, cracks, and other natural blemishes that will give your piece character. You always have the option to lave it in its natural state OR paint it to your style! If your project is being displayed outside or in an area prone to moisture, we recommend that you protect it using the sealer or polyurethane of your choice, which you can purchase at any local home improvement store.

Every participant in a workshop must be registered with a project of their own in order to follow along with the steps of instruction. During the checkout process, they are required to read and acknowledge our policies. Seats are not set aside for unregistered guests or observers. Anyone not registered with an individual project will be asked to leave or, if a seat and project materials are available, they can register and pay for the workshop prior to the beginning of instruction.

You will be using sand paper, latex paints, non-toxic water-based stains, and creating sawdust. Some projects will involve the use of some power tools.

You must be 21 years old to bring/consume beer/wine. You are welcome to bring food and drinks into the studio. We ask that you drink responsibly on the premises and designate a driver.

Cancellation/No Show  Policy

Due to the custom nature of all our workshops, registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel with at least 48-hour notice, your fee will be turned into a credit that can be used for future workshops within 30 days. It is your responsibility to contact us when you plan to attend a workshop, so we can plan for your seat.
