Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun. when you host a fundraising event with Paint the Grain. You will raise 40% per supporter.
We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly on our website. We offer our most popular sign sizes and over 50 designs to choose from.
We only book one fundraiser a month. Email us to see which months are available.
After the event, Paint the Grain will donate proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent.
Fundraisers may be scheduled Monday-Thursday for both in studio and off location. Workshops last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
You supporters will be required to register at least 72 hours before event to avoid a late registration fee of $10. You will be provided with a special direct link to share for registrations.
We ask host to provide enough tables, chairs and plastic table cloths if you are off location. We will take care of all the other materials and supplies you will need to create a wood sign.
We do require a $50 refundable deposit to book your date and a minimum of 10 people in studio and 20 people off location. The preset workshop price is $35 per person.
